Gamzio expands social portfolio with Go-Go Casino
US mobile social casino studio Gamzio Mobile has acquired the Facebook app Go-Go Casino. As the company continues to aggressively grow its business through strategic acquisitions.
Go-Go Casino currently offers bingo, blackjack and slots, with poker, tournaments and high-roller games to be rolled out over a 45-day period.
The social casino app is currently being redeveloped by Gamzio’s DevOps Team, which is updating the functionality of the product, installing upgrades and enhancements to gameplay, and deploying optimisation frameworks from the company’s other products.
Gamzio noted that while Go-Go Casino had previously been highly successful, a lack of upgrades and additional development had resulted in a decline in users.
The company’s chief executive Jason Deiboldt said he was very happy to expand its reach on Facebook.
“We are pleased to welcome our new players from Go-Go Casino to the Gamzio family,” Deiboldt continued. “We plan to totally revise and re-launch Go-Go Casino with a brand new unmatched player experience on Facebook.”
The app has been installed by more than 361,000 users to date.
Gamzio currently operates the Slots-O-Luck app on Facebook and mobile devices, and is the first company to launch a real-money gaming product through a partnership with real-money platform provider CashBet.
The title, Casino Island Adventure, was launched in beta earlier this month, with an official roll-out expected to take place by the start of June.
